Flaminia Jeschke Falasca
Hello, I’m Flaminia Jeschke Falasca, an interior designer with over six years of professional experience in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in both Spain and Japan.
My approach stems from a unique fusion: the warmth and texture of Mediterranean style combined with Japanese aesthetic sensitivity, creating serene, functional, and deeply personal spaces. I focus on spatial storytelling, material sensitivity, and the functionality of each space.
I graduated from Escola Massana, a renowned Art and Design school in Barcelona, where I completed the Higher Education Program in Project Management and Interior Works. To further expand my knowledge, I pursued a Postgraduate degree in Commercial, Visual, and Retail Interior Design at Artidi Escuela Superior.
Throughout my career, I have worked on renovation and new-build projects, designing interior layouts from scratch, selecting materials and finishes, creating custom furniture, and developing detailed technical documentation, including general and detailed drawings, installation plans, project budgets, and 3D visualizations.
Designing spaces is my true passion: I strive to create environments that not only meet functional needs but also reflect the identity of each project and evoke emotions in those who inhabit them.

Hello, I’m Ritsuki Ichimiya, and I oversee business development, commercial management, administration, and human resources at our studio.
My professional experience spans Japan and Spain, across diverse sectors such as hospitality management, international education, and recruitment consulting for large corporations.
I have managed teams of over 300 people, led recruitment processes in highly specialized industries such as life sciences and finance, and developed business strategies focused on sustainable growth.
At our studio, I apply all this experience to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborators, ensure efficient project organization, and guarantee that every phase, from the first meeting to final delivery, is carried out with transparency, seriousness, and professionalism.
I firmly believe that design requires not only creativity but also a solid business foundation to successfully bring each idea to life.
My role is to provide that structure and strategic vision, allowing Flaminia’s work to shine and transform into unique spaces that reflect the identity and aspirations of our clients.
